The honesty bar was a lovely touch. it had a good selection of drinks and snacks, but i did notice it was unstaffed. the location was great. It was close to public transport. the self-check-in was simple to use.

the staff was not always available at the reception. this made getting immediate assistance difficult for me. amenities in my room were not replenished automatically. i expected this service.

the room was large and self check in was easy.

the bathroom felt small i booked a room with a spacious bathroom in the pictures. the shower head was attached too high on the wall making it difficult to use properly. it was not very comfortable.

My standard double room provided more space than expected. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff was helpful . Jellies at the reception were a fun touch!

I was not offered a room at the back of the hotel.
