honesty bar lovely touch good location self check-in unavailable staff unreplenished amenities difficult assistance

The honesty bar was a lovely touch. it had a good selection of drinks and snacks, but i did notice it was unstaffed. the location was great. It was close to public transport. the self-check-in was simple to use.

the staff was not always available at the reception. this made getting immediate assistance difficult for me. amenities in my room were not replenished automatically. i expected this service.

the room was large and self check in was easy.

the bathroom felt small i booked a room with a spacious bathroom in the pictures. the shower head was attached too high on the wall making it difficult to use properly. it was not very comfortable.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!

My standard double room provided more space than expected. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff was helpful . Jellies at the reception were a fun touch!

I was not offered a room at the back of the hotel.

The room was modern with climate controls. This ensured a comfortable environment. The bathroom had good conveniences, including a functional layout and fixtures. I found a complimentary water bottle. That was a nice touch.

The hotel is an older building with modernization and a lift to upper floors. The hotel restaurant looked fantastic. It had nice decor. I found the signature scent in the lobby quite amazing!!!
